this week have a look at problem #5. choose problem #5 at the right, then look at the first post in the forum for instructions.

this week, let’s reinvent the wheel. have a look at problem #4 and discuss the physics before and after the string is cut.   question:  after the string is cut, is the tension in the string holding up the mass equal to the weight of the mass? why or why not?
