<p>i keep trying to organize this stuff in context of the way this blog tool works. let&#8217;s try this.</p>
<p>new structure:</p>

<p>2. problems and questions  appear at the right as &#8220;pages.&#8221; each page is a problem, each problem is followed by a forum. post your comments here.</p>
<p>3. new problems are posted by 7am monday morning. you must make your first post by tuesday midnight. your second post is due by thursday midnight. comments may be first response or comments to that response, but they must be meaningful in context of the problem and the discussion.</p>
<p>4. data for the scenario will be supplied at some point and the solved problem is due boc friday.</p>
